What is ADVANCE?

ADVANCE is the Edvantage™ module that provides you with the tools needed to analyze the highest individual level of school and classroom data to help make informed decisions on improving student achievement.

Who uses ADVANCE?

Teachers, principals, career counselors, graduation coaches, parents, and students use ADVANCE to provide the background information they need to help individual students in most every facet of learning. Building upon the CORE and EXPAND modules, ADVANCE further enhances informed decision making with additional data elements such as Students At Risk, School Metrics, Staff Qualifications, Special Education and Student Cohorts. Data stays current because it is automatically refreshed nightly. ADVANCE supports all NCLB and State reporting requirements.

How does ADVANCE improve faculty development and growth?

ADVANCE gives you the tools to analyze data and make informed decisions in areas such as staff performance evaluation and appraisals, performance-based compensation planning, recruitment and talent assessment analysis, teacher employment longevity traits, staff retention strategies, organizational climate and culture assessment, and needs based staff development programs.
